Marie was called to the Bar in 1994 and has practiced in the exclusive area of Family Law since that time. She has a Masters Degree in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in the area of Alternate Dispute Resolution.  She provides court representation as well as alternate to court services including Collaborative Law, Mediation, Arbitration, and Interest-based Negotiation. Marie is also a teacher and trainer. She trains lawyers and other professionals in the Collaborative Practice Model of dispute resolution and she teaches ADR classes as part of an ADR post-graduate certificate program at Humber College.  Marie also serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer at the Superior Court of Justice in Brampton, Ontario. She is a regular presenter at the Mandatory Information Sessions at the Brampton Court, and off-site Family Law Information Sessions. She is also a panel Mediator on the Brampton Court Mediation roster. She was a panel Lawyer for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer for 8 years. Her office is located in Lorne Park, South Mississauga.
